Profile: Brendon Downey

Since taking up coaching back in 1984, Brendon has been a leader in the development of the art and science of endurance training, competition and coaching.
His all round experience and understanding of endurance coaching are second to none in the world. A true world leader in applying theory in a practical manner to assist all athletes reach their potential in their chosen sport and their chosen goal.
Brendon is interested in Coaching: Triathlon (Novice to Elite), Ironman (Novice to Elite), Cycling (Novice to Elite), Running (Novice to Elite), Ultra distance Running. Have also coached many other endurance sports to elite levels.
